Im Zuge des erfolglosen Versuches, sich als deutscher Staatsbüger bei der New York Public Library aus der Ferne zu registrieren, habe ich via Library of Congress Bibliotheken genannt bekommen, bei welchen diese Möglichkeit bestehen soll. Ich nehme mir beispielhaft die Queens Public Library für $50 zur Hand.
